I have been the Preschool Teacher and Child Care Director at Pilot Rock Christian School for nine years. I have always felt lead by God to minister to children and I have 18 years of experience. I have 2 years of Early Childhood Education, as well as many seminars and classes over the past several years. My husband Keith & I work in ministry with the youth groups at Ashland Christian Fellowship and First Baptist Church of Ashland. We also work in the ministries of Marriage and Engaged Encounter. We have three beautiful teenage daughters, and we enjoy camping and 4-wheeling as a family.

I was born in Arizona and moved to the Medford area when I was 3 years old.  When I was 12, I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and was baptized by Pastor John Courson in the Applegate River.  I met my husband on a blind date and we now have three children, Paul -19, Tyler - 12 and Tessa -9.  Before coming to work at Pilot Rock Christian School, I did Home Day Care for 14 years.  My family and I enjoy hanging out, whether it is bowling, camping, or just watching movies together.  We worship as a family at Ashland Christian Fellowship.

It is such a privilege to make my way back to the Pacific Northwest.  I grew up in Cave Junction, but have found myself elsewhere for quite a few years.  I completed my Bachelor's Degree from Simpson University in 1998 and continued on there to receive a California Clear Teaching Credential.  Soon after that, I took a second grade teaching position in a Christian school just outside of our nation's capitol where I remained for six years.  Two years ago I completed my Masters Degree in Elementary Education.  I now live in Eagle Point.
